This work isn't about blowing up your life. It's about listening to your longing for more.
Early in our work, we explore the patterns that shaped your life: the family roles, inherited stories, and adaptations your nervous system made along the way. We can appreciate how hard your system has been working for you all of your life. You’ll likely notice these parts of you begin to soften and can then find more room and capacity in everyday moments for choice, ease, and joy. We create room first on the inside and then work towards finding it in relationship with others.
We start with what you want - not what you should want, but envisioning what actually lights you up. Then we get curious about what's been in the way. We move at your pace. And we don't skip the parts that are hard, because that's usually where the good stuff is hiding.
What becomes possible:
You stop saying yes automatically. And when, or if, you do, you know you can undo it.
You know what you want and stop talking yourself out of it.
